Mill Springs (Land at Winchester Road, Whitchurch)

This development, known as Mill Springs, is located on the area of land between Winchester Road and Micheldever Road in Whitchurch.

The development received planning permission in 2017 and constuction is nearing completion at the time of writing in December 2019.

The scheme comprises 100 residential dwellings, a school bus drop off area, public open space and new recreational facilities, including a sports pavillion and Sports England standard football pitch.

The site is sustainably located at the edge of the existing settlement within comfortable walking and cycling distance of a range of local services and facilities within Whitchurch. The house types and finish materials have been carefully chosen to respond to the local vernacular.
