Outline permission was granted for a scheme of up to 114 dwellings, up to 2,000 sqm of employment space and vehicular access on 12th November 2021 for Land South of Lower Road, Stalbirdge, Dorset.

David Wilson Homes has recently aqcuired an interest in the site and is now seeking to progress the development with an application for Reserved Matters permission.

The Reserved Matters application will seek:

• 114 no. dwellings
• 2,000 sqm of employment spaces for business use class B1 and one retail unit class A1
• Open space, including biodiversity net gain enhancements
• New local play area
• Landscaping
• Sustainable urban drainage system
• Pumping station 

Throughout September we will be seeking views from the local community before a formal planning application is submitted to Dorset Council.
